This page explains what Refix Pros Home Services collects through this website, why, and who it is shared with. It applies to this website only.
What we collect
When you send a service request, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name, phone number and ZIP code;
- the appliance, its brand and model number if you give them;
- your description of the problem and the best time to call.
When you call us, your phone carrier shows us your number as usual. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.
Why we use it
We use your request only to contact you about the repair you asked for and to schedule and carry out that work. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who it is shared with
- An email delivery service that sends your request to our inbox.
- Our job scheduling software, where we keep the details of the visit.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form is sent by a person and not a bot.
- Our website hosting provider.
These providers handle the information only to provide their service to us.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep request details as long as we need them for the repair and our business records, then delete them.
