Range, cooktop or wall oven?
A range has burners and an oven in one unit. A cooktop is set into the counter with no oven below it. A wall oven is built into the cabinets. Ranges and wall ovens are on the oven & range page; counter-mounted burners are on the cooktop page.
Refrigerator or freezer?
If the fridge and freezer are in one unit, start with the refrigerator page, even when only the freezer side is acting up. Stand-alone upright, chest and column freezers have their own page.
